The unidentified man, who refused to go to the hospital for his injuries, was driving down Woodley between Victory and Vanowen with his 16-year old cousin about 8:30 p.m. Sunday. The driver of a lime green Ford focus, filled with three other men with shaved heads, spotted the two and made a U-turn. Apparently both men had been involved in a prior altercation. Somebody from the Focus shot three times. Sgt. Blaine Blackstone of the LAPD Van Nuys division said it could be gang-related, but the injured man said he was not in a gang.
